Sr. Manual Machinist / Tool & Die Maker / Fabrication Specialist

Description: Fabricate custom parts for in-house automation projects, prototypes, and external build to print customers. Work with engineers, techs, and welders/formers to support the wide range of projects that come through our shop.

Set up jigs and fixtures for small quantity runs on some parts (less than 100), program CNC’s, work with all types of metals, many plastics, mills, lathes, CNC equipment, and other standard machine shop tools. We have Prototrak controllers set up on 3 mills and 2 lathes and have a few older CNC’s plus a new Haas machining center. We use Fusion 360 and ONE CNC for CAD/CAM.

Our shop working environment is comfortable with large open doors, music sometimes, clean and quality equipment, and an extremely talented team of fabricators, engineers, technicians, etc. to work alongside you. Requirements :10+ years Manual Machining and the skill that goes along with it. Good communication skills required. Able to work on your own & part of a team. Fast, humble, creative, enjoy what you do. Autocad, or Solidworks experience a plus.
